Grand Hyatt Miami Beach

In partnership with David Martin and Terra Group, Turnberry is developing a new 800-key, Grand Hyatt-branded luxury hotel that will serve as the central anchor of the Miami Beach Convention Center District. The Grand Hyatt Miami Beach will be a destination in its own right, easily accessible to all that Miami Beach has to offer. Located at 17th Street and Convention Center Drive, the Grand Hyatt Miami Beach will feature 12 floors of guest rooms offering spectacular views of Miami Beach, two floors of meeting spaces and ballrooms to complement the convention center, a resort-style pool deck with panoramic views, and limited retail space that will activate the district at street level. An elevated skybridge will enable event attendees to move freely between the hotel and convention center.
